Forward for Feast: This will be a 30 mile route out through Stoke St Mary, Curland, Horton, Ilminster then stopping at Feast for coffee and cakes. On return we will head for Ilton, Fivehead, Rock Hill, North Curry, 13 Bends and home. The weather promises to be good. Bring the usual (and unusual if you like!) stuff to be on the safe side. The ride will go to Perrys Cider Mill where we will be able to sample a variety of ciders.   Starting at the  Brewhouse the ride will pass  North Curry, go up Rock  Hill and get to Dowlish Wake for lunch.   The return trip will be via Horton and Bickenhall.   Distance 35 to 40 miles .   Leader: Trevor

On the first Wednesday of each month Cycle Somerset has an evening meeting to discuss rides/ socials/ topical issues. We have met in a village pub but are now meeting at a more central venue. Meet at the Brewhouse and decide where we're going!

Ladies ride 3rd August Please note earlier start time.   A leisurely 20 mile ride to Taart, a tea room in North Petherton.  Going via West Monkton and Thurloxton and back via North Newton and Creech Heathfield.   A bit hilly going out but mostly undulating on the return.   Leave the brewhouse at 09.30.  Back about 14.00.       Ride leader: Hester.

A relatively flat 33 mile ride out to Middlezoy and the Levels Country Kitchen for refreshments. Out via 13 Bends, North Curry and Stathe and returning via Athelney. This is the route of the  cancelled Weir Ride. No point forecasting the weather but it has to be better than Tuesday. Ride Leader: Pete W
