NOT GETTING EMAILS or EVENT NOTIFICATIONS
Add TidyHQ to your email safe senders list. Ensure that your emails, invites ( hello@cyclesomerset.tidymail.co ) are delivered to your contacts' inbox, please add TidyHQ to your 'safe senders list' by following the instructions below.
Outlook (Windows Live Hotmail) Email Account Log in and click the "Settings" icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Choose "More Mail Settings" option. Under "Preventing junk email" section, click "Domain to mark as safe". Click "Safe senders". In the "Sender or domain to mark as safe" field, enter @tidyhq.com and click "Add to list".
Mac Email Account From your inbox, open an email from the Sender (look in junk folder). In the "From" line, click on the sender (your organisations name which contains the tidyhq.com address) to bring up an options box. Choose "Add to Contact" from the dropdown menu.
Gmail Email Account In the search bar at the top of the page, click the downward arrow for more options. In the "From" field, enter @tidyhq.com . Click "Create filter with this search" at the bottom of this dropdown window. Choose "Never send it to Spam". Click "Create filter". (To add an email address to your safe senders list in Gmail: Select the Contacts icon in the top right corner of the Gmail screen. Select Create Contact Enter the email address and any relevant information Save the information to your address book. Adding an email address to your safe senders list helps to reduce the number of emails from that address that end up in your spam folder. Email addresses and domain names in your safe senders list are not treated as junk email, regardless of the message's content. You can also configure an approved sender list in your spam settings. This allows you to create an address list of trusted users who can send email to your organization. Messages from these users will bypass Gmail's spam filters, but recipients can still decide if they are spam. )
Yahoo Email Account Log in and click the "Settings" icon at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Click "Settings". Under "Filters" section, click "Add". In the "Sender" field, enter @tidyhq.com under "Then deliver the email to the following folder" field, choose "Inbox" and click "Save".
Other Email Account Click "Options". Click "Safe senders" Add @tidyhq.com to the safe senders list and click "Confirm" IF THE PROBLEM PERSISTS email support@tidyhq.com requesting that they unblock your email
