I use a road E-bike tuned down to 20% which offsets bike weight & my age. The motor cuts out at 15.5mph and thereafter the bike weight is disadvantaged over a standard road bike. My preference is for B roads rather than narrow lanes so an average of 12mph is reasonable. Route link will open on a smart phone long touch followed by the ‘open’ option in Chrome or Komoot.
