A 28 mile ride to Braziers in Tonedale via Langford Budville, Higher Greenham, Holywell Lake, Tonedale and back via East Nineham and Bradford on Tone. It is a fairly strenuous ride due to a number of hills. A slow to moderate pace. There will be a banana stop on the way as the coffee stop is after nearly 20 miles so bring a banana or equivalent.
